What is Agile Methodology?

Agile Methodology is a flexible and iterative approach to project management and software development, breaking projects into small, manageable sprints lasting two to four weeks.

It emphasizes collaboration, customer feedback, and continuous improvement, allowing teams to adapt quickly and deliver incremental project parts.

Finally, it prioritizes individuals, interactions, working software, customer collaboration, and responsiveness to change, ensuring better alignment with user needs and expectations.

What is Kanban Board?

Well, The Kanban Board is originated from the Toyota Production System in the late 1940s. "Kanban" means "visual signal" or "card," it displays tasks as cards moving through columns that represent different workflow stages, normally "To do," "In progress," and "Complete" columns, which offers clear task progress visibility. And it enhances efficiency by setting Work in Progress (WIP) limits and supports continuous improvement through regular reviews and adjustments (which usually happens with stakeholders, clients and team members or development team).

So, I love using Kanban board in my projects, it keeps all the tasks and workflow visible so everyone knows what tasks to do, in progress and done or completed tasks. It has helped a lot of my projects to run smoothly and successfully. It encourages the team as well, as they get excited about finishing tasks and moving the tasks from in progress to complete. I have found it very effective and efficient.
