My Projects

Project 1

I am currently managing the Comeback project for Vorin Designs Agency, an online agency dedicated to helping new and evolving businesses create logos, establish branding, and edit photos. With a team of six talented professionals, we are focused on delivering top-notch design services and are planning to expand further. We are implementing the Agile approach in our project management, which enhances customer collaboration during the project phases and ensures that their feedback is integrated continuously.

The Agile methodology has significantly improved our quality, adaptability, predictability, and communication while reducing risks. By fostering a dynamic and flexible work environment, we are able to respond quickly to client needs and deliver exceptional results. This approach not only strengthens our relationships with clients but also drives the overall success and growth of Vorin Designs Agency.

Project 2

At Concentrix, I worked as a Scrum Master, I led and managed a team to develop a software program specifically designed for our internal agents. The primary goals of this program were to secure customer data and significantly reduce errors and data loss. By utilizing Scrum principles, I facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure that the team remained focused and productive throughout the development process.

Effective communication and time management were critical components of our success. I ensured that all team members were aligned with the project objectives and timelines, and any impediments were swiftly addressed. As a result, we completed the project within one year, delivering a robust and reliable software solution that enhanced data security and operational efficiency for our internal agents.

Project 3

At Cairo University, under the observation of the department professors, I organized and managed a team of students for an event aimed at welcoming Latin American Ambassadors to our Spanish Language Department. The event's purpose was to introduce Latin American culture and cinema to our students. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics, preparing speeches, and ensuring that each team member was well-prepared for their roles in welcoming the ambassadors. By fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration, we efficiently addressed any challenges and maintained a cohesive approach throughout the planning process.

The event was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of teamwork and effective communication. The ambassadors were impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the team, and the speeches were well-received, reflecting the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and efficient planning in achieving outstanding results, as we were able to provide an enriching cultural experience for both the students and the ambassadors.

Project 4

At Cairo University, under the observation of Professor Mervant Ibrahim, I led and monitored a group of five students to translate the Spanish movie "Maria Moliner" into Arabic and display it at the theaters of the Instituto Cervantes in Cairo. We were tasked with completing the translation within nine month. Throughout the project, I coordinated efforts, ensured each team member was on track, and maintained open lines of communication to address any challenges efficiently.

However, we faced an unexpected issue when the instituto Cervantes moved the movie presentation date two months earlier. I had to recruit additional team members to handle tasks and finish on time. Despite the budget being affected, we managed to deliver the project successfully and on time. This experience underscored the importance of adaptability and effective problem-solving in project management, ultimately leading to a successful and well-received movie presentation.
